Rikkie Kollé, born in 2001, is a Dutch model, actress, presenter and speaker who made history in 2023 by becoming the first transgender woman to be crowned Miss Netherlands. This achievement garnered international attention, including coverage by The New York Times.

Rikkie has openly shared her journey, including childhood bullying and personal challenges. Despite this, she pursued her passion for modeling and acting, competing in Holland’s Next Top Model at 17, where she was recognized as a rising talent.

In July 2023, Rikkie made history as the first transgender woman to win Miss Netherlands in the pageant’s 94-year history. She described the victory as a beautiful moment and a recognition of her journey. In November 2023, she represented the Netherlands at Miss Universe in El Salvador.

Following her groundbreaking win, Rikkie is now the subject of her own documentary. The film explores her path from pageantry to advocacy, highlighting her struggles, triumphs, and the lasting impact of her historic achievement.

In 2024, Rikkie participated in the 27th season of Expeditie Robinson, the Dutch adaptation of the Survivor series, where she highly impressed the general public.  

Beyond her career in fashion and television, Rikkie is passionate about self-acceptance and empowerment. As an ambassador for Pride Amsterdam, she uses her platform to inspire and support others. She dreams of acting in films and TV series, presenting shows, and collaborating with major brands in beauty and fashion — all while being a role model for the next generation.
